Insurance Payments: As a courtesy to our patients we provide processing of your insurance claims. To do this, however, we will need your dental insurance identification card and a breakdown of benefits, which can be found in your insurance company’s manual.
Other Forms Of Payment: We also accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express; and Lending Club and CareCredit. Lending Club and CareCredit are revolving charges which allow for flexible, interest-free/low interest term payments. Both plans offer a quick and easy application process. CareCredit can be done either online or in our offices. In most cases, qualified applicants will be approved within ten minutes!

We understand Life is busy. Things happen. However, when an appointment is scheduled, it is a commitment between you and us. Forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to rescheduling an appointment is required.
